One of the toughest things about making desserts is to not be tempted to eat it all which is why I love this recipe that makes just one large sugar cookie. Oh and of course.. sprinkles.
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp of unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3 tbsp of monkfruit sweetener (feel free to use the sugar of your choice!)
- 2 tbsp of a beaten egg
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 6 tbsp of self-rising flour
- 2 tsp of sprinkles
Directions

- Mix butter and sugar and then stir in the egg and vanilla extract
- Add self-rising flour and sprinkles
- Form one large ball and bake it for 20 minutes at 375 degrees in the oven
- Enjoy!
