This recipe is only five ingredients and really quick to make. I have had it for breakfast or as a snack. It is low in calories (only 211) and has about 14 grams of protein.

Ingredients
- 60g of Greek Yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of sugar free maple syrup (you can use honey)
- 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips (I may or may not have added more at the end!)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips in an oven-safe mug
- Add chocolate chips
- Place it in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
