I have always loved to snack so have made it my mission to find healthier ways to create food I enjoy eating. These chocolate chip muffins were super easy to make and delicious. You can find a few other recipes here: Breakfast English Muffins, Bread, High Protein Bagels.
*I highly recommend this muffin tin as it’s nonstick and has grips. I also recently bought a set of six colorful plates (one of them pictured below) that I love. You can buy the muffin tin here and the colorful plates here

Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp of chocolate chips (you can certainly add more!)
Directions

- Blend all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips
- Pour the batter evenly into three muffin tins
- Place chocolate chips in each of the muffins
- Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees
