Snacks have always been my favorite part of the day. When I started Weight Watchers (WW) I was surprised to find out how many points all the snacks I regularly ate actually had. Now that I have been on it since 2023 and understand nutrition facts much better.. I’m not really surprised. It took me a good amount of research and browsing grocery stores to find snacks that I thought were tasty and low points so I wanted to share to hopefully help other people. Below are my favorite 0 and 1 point snacks when you just need a little something, something. You can buy them in stores or on Amazon (I hyperlinked each of them to the Amazon website for convenience!).




Sugar-free Jell-O (I like strawberry and orange but they have several flavors!) – 0 points
Fruit with monkfruit sweetener – 0 points
Chickpea Puffs, Vegan White Cheddar – 10 puffs for 1 point
Jet-Puffed Mini Marshmallows – 8 marshmallows for 1 point
Quinn Pretzels Sticks, Sea Salt – 11 pretzels for 1 point
RITZ Crisp and Thins Original with Creamy Onion and Sea Salt – 8 crackers for 1 point
Smart Sweets Cola Gummies – 6 gummies for 1 point
JOYRIDE Sugar-Free Gummies – 5 gummies for 1 point
LesserEvil Himalayan Pink Salt Organic Popcorn – 1 cup of popcorn for 1 point
Heirloom Cinnamon Sugar Twists by Pipcorn – 5 twists for 1 point
