If you haven’t been able to tell.. I LOVE chocolate and coming up with different ways to enjoy it. In this recipe we combine a few of my favorite ingredients including M&Ms. I only made two as I have been really into cooking and baking lately, and don’t want any food to go to waste. Feel free to double or even triple the recipe! They are perfect as a year-round snack or for Easter!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp of cashew butter
- 1 rice cake
- M&M’s
Directions

- Melt chocolate chips in a bowl, two 30-second increments in the microwave
- Add melted cashew butter (30 seconds in the microwave) to bowl
- Break one rice cake into little pieces and pour them in the bowl
- Mix, mix, mix
- Place mixture in two of the holes in the muffin tin
- Top with M&M’s
- You can enjoy as is or freeze for 1 hour like I did
