Pancakes are a major comfort food but usually can take a while to make. I found this recipe for a 90-second pancake from Low Carb Love and just had to try it. It was so fluffy and simple to make. I recommend enjoy it for breakfast or even as a dessert or snack throughout the day.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Mix everything in a ramekin or microwave-safe bowl
- Microwave for one minute
- Add butter and maple syrup
- Enjoy!
