Recipe: Two-Ingredient Cheese “Waffles”

I love waffles. I’ve been trying to eat healthier but when I saw this recipe I knew I had to try it. Definitely not healthy but so delicious, easy and simple. It reminds me of the Brazilian cheese bread that you usually get at bakeries and at Brazilian steakhouses. It pairs well with butter, bacon and eggs if you want it for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Two eggs
  • 1 cup of your cheese of choice (I used reduced fat shredded mozzarella)

Directions

  • Whisk two eggs in a bowl
  • Mix in 1 cup of cheese
  • Pour it in a waffle maker for five minutes
  • Enjoy!
